Oakland Athletic League middle school sports is in partnership with the Expanded Learning Program at each school site. To ensure student safety and accountability, we ask each family to register their student with their school site’s Expanded Learning Provider.

Welcome to the Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Middle School Sports Website!

The OAL Middle School League is a school-based athletic program serving students enrolled in Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) schools and approved OAL Charter/Member Partner schools. This is not a club or independent sports program. To participate in any OAL sport, students must register through their school’s Athletic Program and meet all league eligibility requirements.
