Welcome to the Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Middle School Sports Website!
The OAL Middle School League is a school-based athletic program serving students enrolled in Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) schools and approved OAL Charter/Member Partner schools. This is not a club or independent sports program. To participate in any OAL sport, students must register through their school’s Athletic Program and meet all league eligibility requirements.
