Competitive Cheerleading
The Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Middle School Competitive Cheerleading program is one of the most exciting cheerleading programs for middle school students in Northern California’s Oakland Section! We offer programs for both boys and girls, ages 11 to 13, within the Oakland Unified School District. The OAL is dedicated to providing quality teaching, training, and competitive experiences while promoting the values of good sportsmanship, honesty, commitment, self-respect, and respect for others. Our goal is to develop future generations of competitive cheerleaders who will represent their sport, themselves, and their community with the highest level of character.
OAL COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADING SCHEDULE
LEAGUE INCLUDES:
- Pre-Season Tournament
- 3 – 4 Competitions
- Playoffs & Championships
- Gym Fees, Including Custodial Services
- Documentation processing and administrative costs
- Preferential enrollment into free camps throughout the year
- End-of-season Banquet for Championship Team & All-City Participants
