Girls Basketball
The Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Middle School Basketball League is the premier middle school basketball experience in Northern California – proudly representing the Oakland Section! In partnership with Curry Brand and Under Armour, we provide dynamic basketball opportunities for boys and girls ages 11–13 across Oakland Unified School District and local charter schools.
At the OAL, our mission goes beyond the game. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality coaching, training, and competitive play, all while instilling the values of sportsmanship, integrity, commitment, and mutual respect. Our ultimate goal is to develop the next generation of student-athletes who not only excel on the court but carry themselves with pride and purpose as leaders in their schools and communities.
OAL Girls Basketball Schedule
LEAGUE INCLUDES:
- Pre-Season Tournament
- 8 – 10 Regular Season Games
- Playoffs & Championships
- Gym Fees, including custodial services
- Documentation processing and administrative costs
- Preferential enrollment into free camps throughout the year
- End-of-season Banquet for Championship Team & All-City Participants
