Track & Field
The Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Middle School Track & Field League is the most exciting and competitive middle school track & field program in Northern California – proudly representing the Oakland Section! We serve boys and girls ages 11–13 from Oakland Unified School District and local charter schools.
The OAL is committed to delivering high-quality instruction, training, and competition, while promoting the core values of sportsmanship, integrity, dedication, self-respect, and respect for others. Our mission is to develop well-rounded student-athletes who carry themselves with character—on and off the track—and who positively represent their sport, their schools, and their communities.
OAL Track & Field Schedule
LEAGUE INCLUDES:
- Regular Season Qualifying Meets
- OAL Middle School Invitational Championship Meet
- Field Fees, Including Custodial Services
- Documentation processing and administrative costs
- Preferential enrollment into free camps throughout the year
- End-of-season Banquet for Championship Team & All-City Participants
